OneNote Keytips are not Showing up When Press ALT Key

I used to be able to use shortcuts in OneNote, but today when I pressed ALT, none of the keytips are showing up. 


This is what I see when I press ALT:

    This is OneNote for Windows 10 (OneNote UWP). It doesn't display keytips when you press ALT.

    The OneNote in window Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 2021, 365 can display keytips when you press ALT.
